Scor News
Congratulations to all fifteen participants from the parish who took part at Scor na nOg in Ballinamore on Saturday last, 11th December. We say a big thank you to all the parents and mentors who gave up of their time to prepare the children for the various events. Congratulations to the quiz team consisting of Eimear O’Connor, Kian Gibbons and Leah McNabola who won on the night, and now qualify for the Scor County Final which will take place on Sunday 9th January in Manorhamilton.  It was great to see so many young people taking part, with this the future of the club in Scor looks bright. The club would like to send sympathies to the extended Moran and McCormack families on the death of Willie Moran and Barney McCormack, grandfathers of Claire McKeon and Michael McCormack who had been due to take part in Scor. We also wish Cian McKeon a speedy recovery, Cian got his appendix out recently. Scor Sinsear will be taking place also in the coming weeks, if there is anyone out there who wishes to take part in any of the acts, please contact co-ordinator Imelda McWeeney 0719640912.
