4 Locks Cycling Club
The 4 Locks Cycling Club is now in its second year. Many of our members have become proficient cyclists and enjoy a spin every Sunday morning. The club is conscious that there are people who would like to join the club but feel we might go too far for them. With this in mind the club is starting a shorter Sunday spin for beginners. The beginners section will meet at the same time and place on a Sunday morning. This is at 9 am. outside the Courthouse in Ballinamore. This regime will start on Sunday March 2nd. All beginners will be very welcome. All you need is a bike in good working condition and a helmet. We look forward to meeting you Sunday morning, beginning March 2nd at 9 am outside the Courthouse in Ballinamore!
