Kiltubrid GAA extend sympathy to James Cardiff on the death of his mother, Cathy Cardiff, Ballinagran, Killena, Gorey, Co. Wexford. May she Rest in Peace.

All current and past players are invited to tog out for a special charity game between Kiltubrid 2005 and Kiltubrid 2015. Throw-in is at 1.30pm. Your vocal support on the day would be much appreciated for this fun match up which will see a mix of former, current and future stars of Kiltubrid football lining out. All proceeds on the gate will go towards the Kiltubrid Defibrillator Group.

Kiltubrid GAA awards for 2015 were presented at the very enjoyable Kiltubrid Ladies GAA Dinner Dance in the Lough Rynn Hotel, Mohill. Well done to all involved in organizing the event. Award winners included Senior Player of the Year Mickey Earley, Junior Player of the Year Conor Prior and Club Person of the Year Vincent Lee.

Our AGM took place on December 5th in the club rooms. The various reports outlined the busy year that has just passed both on and off the pitch. Outgoing officers were thanked for their contribution to the club and incoming officers are wished well in their new positions. The following are the officers for 2016. Vice Chairman Damien Mc Weeney, Secretary Vincent Lee. Underage Secretary Noelle Easterbrook, Treasurer Eoin Meehan, Assistant Treasurer Michael James Mc Kiernan, PRO Patricia Lee, Coaching Officer Shane Foley, Club Development Officer PJ Meehan, Childrens Officer Michael Mc Kiernan, IT officer Eoin Meehan, Club Registrar Patricia Lee and Insurance Officer PJ Meehan.

Kiltubrid GAA and Kiltubrid Ladies GAA have come together with the aim to raise some much needed funds to improve the Playing Facilities at Pairc Cill Tiobraid in Co. Leitrim through a Fundraising event on Saturday 26th March. The event will be centered around the running of The Qube in the local Lough Allen Hotel, Drumshanbo. The format of the competition is modeled on the Popular TV show The Cube which will make for a great nights entertainment for all those in attendance. National club draw tickets now on sale from club members and players. Great prizes and exclusive prizes for Kiltubrid tickets purchased. All proceeds go to Kiltubrid GAA.

As we approach the end of the sporting year we say well done to all our players for all their endeavours throughout 2015. Thanks to all our coaches, club officers and those who work tirelessly and selflessly in the background throughout the year. To all our supporters at home and abroad, thank you for your continued support and we wish you and your families a very happy Christmas and look forward to a bright and prosperous 2016.
