Congratulations to Micheal Earley and Anja Auhl, the Early and Lupton
families, all the organisers and helpers and to everyone who took part
on Sundays 4/10k walk/run. The day started with a minute silence in
memory of Gerry Keane RIP who so sadly passed away last weekend. Alan
Clarke and Kevin Blessing entertained everyone and then a crowd of over
950 people took off in a sea of red heart foundation tee shirts in the
various categories. It was certainly a very proud moment for the
organisers. Although this country may be deep in recession it just
showed the generousity and the fantastic community spirit that is still
to be had, and I think all involved done Sandra proud. Kiltubrid GAA 35 Year Anniversary
