Kiltubrid GAA 5 K
Remember our upcoming  5K run / walk is less than two weeks away.  The event will start at 10am from the GAA grounds on Sunday week, Oct 19th.  Registration is from 9 am and the entry is adults 10 euro, underage 5 euro & family rate 20 euro.  The event is open to all, young and not so young, families and individuals. If you can’t participate we would be delighted if you could help out on the day as a marshal.  Please contact Finbarr on 086-8196535 if you might be around to assist on the morning.

Minor Championship Final
We went down to a stronger Melvin Gaels side on Sunday last in the 2014 minor championship final.  We managed to make a game of it for three quarters, however the Gaels stepped up a gear in the last quarter to win on a slightly flattering score line of 5-12 to 2-6.  Congratulations to Melvin Gaels on their third successive win at this grade in as many years as their previous experience certainly showed.  Our panel will have learned a lot from the experience that will hopefully spur them on to bigger and better days in the coming years. Many thanks to the large contingent of Kiltubrid supporters who came out on Sunday.

The under 16 team play Bornacoola in Kiltubrid on Saturday at 12 noon.  The senior team have a league game fixed for this Saturday evening against Carrigallen at 5 pm Kiltubrid.  Please confirm elsewhere for confirmation of this game.
